MEMBERSHIP

As a member of the North Florida Compensation and Benefits Association (NFCBA) you gain opportunities to connect with others in the field of human resources, specifically compensation and benefits.  You also receive additional benefits such as bi-monthly meetings on pertinent topics and discounts on WorldAtWork seminars sponsored by the NFCBA and other Florida WorldAtWork Local Networks.

Membership in the North Florida Compensation & Benefits Association is on a calendar year basis, with renewals every January. The following membership options are available:

Individual Membership - $125.00 annually                            

Member benefits include:

• Bi-monthly lunch meetings (lunch included) that focus on educational topics and exchange of current information
• Networking opportunities
• Discounts on local WorldatWork certification programs and workshops

 Corporate Membership- Level 1:  $338 annually

Membership benefits include:

• Up to three(3)  named members ( must be employees of the company)
• Bi-monthly lunch meetings that focus on educational topics and exchange of current information
• Networking opportunities
• Discounts on local WorldatWork certification programs and workshops.
• Post open HR positions on our Career Center
• Membership is transferrable and stays with the company

 Corporate Membership- Level 2:  $450 annually

Membership benefits include:

• All Level 1 benefits and Up to four(4)  named members ( must be employees of the company)

Corporate Membership- Level 3:  $563 annually

Membership benefits include:

• All Level 1 benefits and Up to five(5)  named members ( must be employees of the company)

Corporate Membership- Level 4:  $600 annually

Membership benefits include:

• All Level 1 benefits and Up to six(6)  named members ( must be employees of the company)

Corporate Membership- Level 2:  $700 annually

Membership benefits include:

• All Level 1 benefits and Up to seven(7)  named members ( must be employees of the company)

Student Membership - $25.00

 Membership benefits include:

• Up to three students/sponsors to attend each meeting
• Opportunities to network with professionals in the field of compensation and benefits
• Opportunities to learn about compensation and benefits topics

All membership dues are prorated based on the quarter in which you join.
